Job summary

TradingHub in Singapore is seeking a Customer Success Analyst to join the Customer Operations team. You will support customers, onboard new users to our trade surveillance platform, and analyse trade data to ensure system requirements are met.

This role offers hands-on analytics training, collaboration with product and engineering, and exposure to fintech scale. Ideal for a recent STEM graduate or early-career analyst with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Recent STEM degree graduate (e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics).
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or C# for data analysis and tooling.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of products and customer usage.
• Analyze customer data to ensure system requirements are met and support needs.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Take ownership of best-practice processes for customers.
