Job summary

FactSet, a global fintech and data analytics leader, invites fresh graduates or early-career professionals to join a rigorous Client Solutions Associate program in Singapore. You will train for six months, then directly support major financial institutions, delivering value through tailored data solutions and hands-on client engagement.

Qualifications

• Singaporean Citizen/PR required.
• Fresh graduates or finance professionals with <3 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, MIS, or CS.
• Background or strong interest in Finance or FinTech industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge across our business, products and clients.
• Communicate with impact in person and over the phone; master presentations and public speaking.
• Ask effective questions to uncover needs and create collaborative solutions.
• Define industry terms important to FactSet’s clients to be an industry expert.
• Apply product knowledge to tailor solutions including Excel modelling and portfolio analysis.
• After training, manage accounts and maximize client value with FactSet software.
• Provide face-to-face support and training to clients of all sizes.
• Lead longer-term projects with clients to derive value from the product suite.
• Solve problems creatively; respond to day-to-day client queries with innovative solutions.
