Job summary

LONGPORT Whale in Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to identify new opportunities, service clients, and drive revenue growth in fintech and wealth management.

You will manage end-to-end accounts, coordinate solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to banks, brokers, and institutions. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Chinese is a plus. This role offers exposure to international markets and a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, fintech, banking, embedded finance, digital assets, or related industries.
• Experience in Wealth Management firms is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of driving business development, revenue growth, and client acquisition in international markets.
• Knowledge in SaaS/Cloud Solutions is an advantage.
• Strong desire to learn with enthusiasm in Fintech area.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and lead to an increase in the client base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers and potential new accounts to generate recurring businesses.
• Responsible for Business Development, Account Servicing and Marketing Activities.
• End-to-end account management, solutions sales and project coordination to cater for customers’ Fintech requirements.
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
