Job summary

LTA Finance Group in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Financial Reporting & Governance to strengthen financial controls and governance, support closing processes, and drive system transformation.

You will work on cost allocation, subsidiary financials, financial reporting, and continuous improvement using automation (Python / UiPath) while supporting change management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• 2+ years of accounting/audit experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and proactive with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a key member in accounts closing activities, audit schedules, reconciliations, cost allocation, and subsidiary financials.
• Support financial system transformation through user acceptance testing and SOP documentation.
• Lead UAT and end-to-end testing, including test scenarios, test cases, results, and defect resolution.
• Drive process improvements using tools like Robotic Process Automation and AI.
• Support change management including briefings and training across the division and ad hoc projects.
