Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• A degree or diploma in accounting or finance.
• Progress toward a CA/CPA qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, independence, and organizational discipline.
• A growth mindset, with commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• A genuine interest in the financial advisory and investment industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting policies, procedures, internal controls; support day-to-day finance operations.
• Manage general ledger controls; ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting; monitor performance and variances.
• Prepare and present financial and operational metrics for decision-making.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and debt repayment schedules.
• Coordinate audit preparation; liaise with external auditors; ensure regulatory and tax filing compliance.
• Drive system enhancements, process improvements, and other finance-related transformation initiatives.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.
