Job summary

St Luke's ElderCare Ltd is seeking an Assistant Director, Finance Operations in Singapore. The role leads end-to-end finance operations, drives transformation through ERP, workflow automation and RPA, and strengthens financial governance across GP, AR, AP, fixed assets and grants.

You will develop leaders, set KPIs, and uphold strong controls in a growth-focused organisation. The ideal candidate has 12–15 years of experience, with 5+ years in multi-function finance leadership, and advanced MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years leading multiple finance functions and teams.
• Experience leading finance transformation, ERP implementation and process automation.
• Strong understanding of finance operating models, internal controls and process optimisation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems, workflow automation and RPA solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance operations across billing, receivables, payables, GL, fixed assets and grants.
• Establish service standards and operational KPIs; ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Drive continuous improvement, simplify workflows, and pursue automation opportunities.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives including ERP, workflow automation and RPA.
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audits; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop finance managers and teams, with succession planning and growth paths.
