Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore invites a Manager/Deputy Manager, Financial Planning to join the Finance team. You will ensure governance and controls for initiatives and budgeting, and bridge business requirements with technical solutions, including Finance ERP integration.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
• Good working knowledge of project finance functions, such as tracking of Project Budget and/or Project Asset Accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Good project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication with the ability to pitch ideas and influence.
• A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind.
• Experience in other digital tools such as Python, Power BI or other BI tools will have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to contribute to governance and controls for initiatives/schemes.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the initiatives/schemes, ensuring processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with governance and controls.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and identify suitable solutions, including the Finance ERP system where relevant.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement these solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to best practices.
• Drive the adoption of changes, including providing training and support, for new solutions and improvements to the existing business processes.
• Manage contractors and ensure their ability to meet contractual obligations and deliver quality outcomes.
