Job summary

Workle Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including group consolidation, and to deliver insightful management analyses for the Property Investment business.

The role requires IFRS proficiency, Singapore tax knowledge, and prior experience leading a finance team. On-site work at Tai Seng with standard Monday–Friday hours will apply, offering growth opportunities in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• CPA/CA qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in financial reporting and group consolidation.
• Experience leading a finance team.
• Proficient with IFRS and Singapore tax rules.
• ERP systems experience, SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including group consolidation.
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and business performance insights.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory requirements, and Singapore regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Support banking, treasury, and corporate secretarial matters.
• Lead and oversee finance operations for the Property Investment business.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop finance team members.
• Review tenancy agreements and support leasing-related financial matters.
• Conduct tenant credit assessments and manage financial risk.
• Handle property tax, stamp duty, and other IRAS-related matters.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Drive process improvements, finance transformation initiatives, and operational efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc finance projects and management assignments.
