Job summary

LMA Recruitment Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance Manager, Consolidation to lead group consolidation and financial reporting across multiple entities. This hands-on role covers consolidation, management reporting and audit coordination in a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will liaise with subsidiaries, auditors and senior finance stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and compliant reporting, while driving improvements to close processes and control templates.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in accounting or finance is required.
• Hands-on experience with group consolidation and intercompany processes.
• Experience in statutory and governance reporting is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across entities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual Group consolidation and reporting with packs and close deliverables.
• Support listed-company and corporate reporting, including annual reports and SGX-related deliverables.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries and auditors to ensure timely reporting and audit readiness.
• Provide management reporting and variance analysis, including budget-to-actual updates.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen consolidation controls and templates.
