MOH Holdings (Singapore) is seeking a proactive Finance Transformation Executive to support the redesign of Finance processes, systems and ways of working. You will help improve operational efficiency, standardise processes and enable data-driven decision-making using digital tools.

You will collaborate with Finance stakeholders, IT and other teams on projects spanning process, data, automation and change management, from planning to benefits realisation, with opportunities to drive scalable

Competenze

Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Analytics or related discipline.
2-4 years of relevant working experience in Finance transformation, data analytics or process improvement.
Experience in a large, highly governed organisation would be advantageous.

Mansioni

Support end-to-end reviews of Finance processes, including financial reporting, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Develop dashboards and self-service analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with IT, data governance and stakeholders to ensure compliance and sustainable improvements.
Plan, coordinate and execute Finance transformation projects and workstreams from start to finish.
Engage stakeholders to drive adoption of new technologies and processes across the Finance function.
