Job summary

The Health Sciences Authority seeks a Finance Systems & Transformation professional to help modernise finance processes, automate manual tasks, and strengthen governance across finance functions in Singapore.

You will work on integration, data analytics, and policy-driven system improvements, collaborating with finance, IT, and business units to deliver data-driven insights and compliant financial management.

Qualifications

Experience in finance operations, transformation and reporting.
Experience with Workday and Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a plus.
Knowledge of SB-FRS or public sector reporting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead finance system integration and automation initiatives.
Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, GL, budgeting, grants, assets and procurement administration.
Analyze processes and implement governance improvements to strengthen controls.
Develop data analytics, dashboards and management reporting solutions for decision-making.
Engage stakeholders and drive change management for AI-enabled solutions.
