Responsibilities

• Providing financial records, collecting and reporting documents, monitoring market dynamics, and reviewing the company's financial performance
• Manage finance department activities and growth, inclusive of drafting and revising policies, financing, hiring, coaching and carry out regular economy audits
• Oversee the completion of yearly or quarterly accounting consolidations, as well as the monitoring and enforcement of tax and financial declaring requirements and financial movement predictions
• Guide coworkers and upper personnel on financial considerations
• Ensure the financial situation and predictions are properly documented
• Negotiate among the investors, stakeholders, shareholders, employees and organization to establish an ideal solution
• Make effective business strategies based on a review of the company's current state and economic projections

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor Degree related to Finance
• At least 3 years of experience in Finance Industry or related
• Experience in car distributor in a bonus
• Strong communication and written skillsGood knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
• Good leadership skills
• Singaporean only
