Job summary

DM Financial is seeking a capable Assistant Manager/Manager for our Singapore office to lead and deliver high-quality financial reporting for investment funds and other financial services entities. You will coordinate with auditors, managers, and administrators to meet tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.

Qualifications

• Partially or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Experience in financial reporting and/or audit within investment funds is an advantage.
• Solid IFRS and US GAAP knowledge with practical judgment.
• Able to produce and review high-quality financial statements with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements for investment funds and financial services entities.
• Manage end-to-end financial reporting for multinational clients, coordinating with auditors, administrators, and investment managers.
• Take ownership of deliverables under tight deadlines; ensure high-quality output.
• Support senior management on ad hoc financial reporting and projects.
• Research technical accounting queries and provide insights aligned with current standards.
• Build strong client relationships and manage workloads.
• Review and provide feedback to team members; ensure clarity and accuracy across deliverables.
• Use MS Word and Excel to produce and review financial statements.
• Maintain professional language, grammar, and formatting in documents.
• Delegate tasks effectively and support team collaboration.
