Sea Ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Financial Reporting leader to join its HQ Finance team.

You will drive quarterly and annual group reports under US GAAP, engage auditors and legal counsels, and support group and regional finance. You will help develop accounting policies, document technical memos, and strengthen SOX controls while guiding cross‑functional teams through complex restructurings and potential M&A activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in consolidation or Big 4 external audit
• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CPA
• Familiar with US GAAP or similar technical knowledge
• Strong accounting and reporting knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Detail-oriented and analytical thinking

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual group reports and financial statements under US GAAP
• Liaise with auditors, legal counsels, group M&A, and regional finance teams
• Provide accounting support to the group and regional finance teams
• Support development of group accounting policies and process/system changes
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos and documentation
• Lead in establishing, implementing and improving SOX controls and processes
• Undertake ad-hoc projects including internal group restructurings and M&A
• Focus on improving business and finance processes
