Job summary

NYP International is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage project code creation and budgeting, and to prepare financial statements, journals, and grant drawdowns. You will also handle NETS payment documentation and annual stocktakes, supporting broad operational and financial processes.

The role requires strong Excel proficiency, financial system knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail to meet tight deadlines across month-, quarter-, and year-end cycles.

Qualifications

• Accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience in journal preparation and period-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage project code creation and budgeting.
• Prepare financial statement for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.
• Prepare and process journals for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end including grant drawdown and internal charge.
• Process payment documentation for NETS machine charges.
• Conduct annual stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Provide other operational and financial processes.
