Job summary

GovTech is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the FP&A team in Singapore. You will support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, delivering reliable outputs through solid financial analysis.

Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and business units to validate assumptions, build financial models, and identify risks, opportunities and process improvements. The role emphasizes delivering timely FP&A outputs to support GovTech’s financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline, or a relevant professional accounting qualification.
• Experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Strong Excel and financial-modelling skills; ability to analyse datasets.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support GovTech-wide budgeting and financial planning, consolidating inputs and identifying issues for follow-up.
• Support quarterly forecasting and management reporting, analysing performance and preparing variance analysis.
• Prepare forward-looking financial analyses and scenarios for revenue, manpower, OPEX and CAPEX.
• Work with Finance Business Partners to validate assumptions and improve input quality.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and surface data-quality issues with recommended actions.
• Assist with Annual Budget and government funding exercises, including consolidations and stakeholder submissions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecast templates and reporting tools.
