Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end corporate finance operations including payments, journals, payroll, claims, fixed assets, receivables, deposits and warrants issuance.
• Perform post-transaction reviews and reconciliations for accuracy and compliance with government policies.
• Prepare and submit financial returns to AGD and management with timely reporting.
• Apply robust financial controls and maintain audit trails to mitigate risks.
• Oversee finance-related administrative functions including budgeting, procurement, contract management and invoice certification; ensure alignment with governance.
• Serve as Records Manager with document storage, classification and retention per policies.
