Job summary

EM Services Pte Ltd, a leading township and estate management company in Singapore, seeks an experienced Process & Solution Analyst to lead business process transformation across the Finance Shared Services Centre. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to uncover improvement opportunities and design future-state solutions.

You will also support implementation, drive user adoption, and track benefits, with hands-on involvement in process mapping, requirements

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent.
5+ years relevant working experience.
Experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Transformation or Shared Services environments.
Strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering and solution design.
Experience leading UAT and implementation activities.

Responsibilities

Lead process discovery workshops and analyse current-state processes.
Identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, automation and control enhancement.
Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
Develop future-state process and solution designs.
Lead UAT planning, execution, defect management and business sign-off.
Support change management, communications, training and user adoption activities.
Track and validate transformation benefits and process improvements.
