ANTAES ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a multi-year project.

The candidate will work closely with Group & Local Finance, Europe Product Owner, and System SMEs to finalize requirements and ensure accurate data mappings and functional scopes. The role requires leading workshops, translating business needs into detailed specifications, coordinating UAT, and guiding cross-border teams through the development and deployment of the new banking and credit

Qualifications

Proven experience in business analysis for large IT projects.
Ability to map business requirements to technical specifications.
Experience with UAT and system integration.
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
Knowledge of banking/finance domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

Organize workshops with stakeholders and assess business needs.
Study requirements with finance teams and vendors to align on mappings and scope.
Drive application impact analysis after workshops.
Document functional specifications and ensure alignment with group and local expectations.
Coordinate with technology teams to ensure integration and development of data interfaces.
Build and maintain the backlog of requirements and transformations.
Oversee full development lifecycle from elaboration to production.
Adhere to governance and guiding principles.
