Job summary

EM Services Pte Ltd seeks a seasoned finance leader to establish and run a best-in-class Finance Shared Services Center (SSC) in Singapore. You will partner with CFO and project teams, plan the transition, implement operating procedures, and foster a customer-focused SSC culture to ensure a smooth transfer of finance activities into the SSC environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Professional qualification (CA Singapore, CPA, ACCA) or equivalent.
• Experience in finance operations or shared services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of the Finance SSC with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee day-to-day SSC operations including AP, AR, GL, and Treasury.
• Ensure service delivery meets turnaround times and quality standards.
• Drive governance, risk management and internal controls within SSC.
