Job summary

EY in Singapore seeks a seasoned Finance Transformation professional to drive end-to-end process improvement across finance, operations and technology. You will partner with business stakeholders to map current processes, design target operating models, and establish KPI and reporting frameworks to enable better performance.

The role also involves implementing quick wins, standardising finance processes, and supporting automation and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, IS, or related discipline.
• CA/CPA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in professional services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and ERP/finance systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, BlackLine).
• Experience with automation and analytics tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python).

Responsibilities

• Drive finance transformation and process improvement initiatives across finance, operations and technology.
• Assess current-state processes, operating models and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, KPI frameworks and reporting capabilities.
• Support implementation of prioritized initiatives, including SOPs, data mappings and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage change to realise tangible business value.
