ADVANTEST (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payables professional to manage invoice processing, payments, supplier master data, and related project activities. You will work in a shared services environment ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely reporting.

The role requires ERP experience (Oracle/SAP), strong Excel skills and the ability to collaborate with Procurement and Vendors. Mandarin/Korean language ability is a plus for supporting regional entities.

Qualificações

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or Business Studies
• 5 years ERP experience; Oracle/SAP preferred
• Accounts Payables knowledge is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with RPA tools (Blue Prism, Power Automate, UiPath) preferred
• Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin/Korean would help for shared services

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices and payments; handle daily/month-end close and accounts reconciliations
• Resolve invoice discrepancies from 2-way/3-way matching
• Ensure SOX/internal controls compliance and meet metrics
• Perform monthly/quarterly supplier statement reconciliations
• Support e-invoice initiatives and process improvements
• Collaborate with procurement and vendors to meet schedules
• Maintain supplier data and bank details; aid in fraud prevention
• Engage with auditors and collect data for metrics reporting
• Lead or support project initiatives related to Procure-to-Pay
