Job summary

CGP Personnel is seeking a finance-focused professional in Singapore to ensure accurate accounting transactions and timely financial reporting. You will manage AR/AP/GL/FA related projects, support process improvements, and align with internal controls and standards.

The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced government and statutory board environment. Full-time position in Singapore South.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting processes and financial reporting.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling accounting transactions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timely processing of accounting transactions.
• Ensure day-to-day finance operations are carried out in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards, Government Instruction Manual, accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Handle accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), general ledger (GL) and fixed assets (FA) related projects.
• Support continual process improvements and data analytics initiatives.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
