Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance professional in Singapore to lead AP and AR operations, drive process improvements, and implement automation using Power Automate and Power BI.

The role requires strong ERP experience, especially with Dynamics 365, and a track record of delivering accurate financial reporting. You will manage a team within a high-volume shared services environment, ensuring compliance with tax and internal controls, and partnering with Procurement, IT, and business

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance with strong AP/AR experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a team in a shared-services/ high-volume environment.
• ERP experience with Dynamics 365 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing and supplier payments.
• Manage AR activities including billing, receipts, and collections.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and automate processes using Power Automate.
• Ensure month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls.
