Job summary

SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst in Singapore to support leadership with financial controlling, invoicing, allocations and reporting.

You will manage invoice reviews, accruals, disputes, and AP liaison, while tracking CRE project OPEX/CAPEX projections and driving cost-management initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis.
• Experience with ERP/Procurement and invoicing environments.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership in financial operations including controlling, invoicing, allocations, recoveries and reporting.
• Oversee invoice management: review, accruals, disputes and AP liaison.
• Prepare monthly accruals for BAU and CRE projects and track against payments.
• Handle CRE project accounting: OPEX/CAPEX projections with project managers.
• Drive cost management initiatives across the group.
• Coordinate internal allocations of group costs to banks' business units.
• Identify variances and trends; provide insights to management.
• Deliver timely financial reports for BAU/CRE projects and invoices.
• Develop MIS reports; create Power BI dashboards and data initiatives.
