The role emphasizes data-driven analysis and collaboration with procurement and accounts payable to drive cost efficiency. You will work with ERP tools, Power BI and other reporting platforms, contributing to timely and accurate group financials in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting is required.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to highlight variances and trends.
• Experience with ERP, Procurement, Invoicing and Accounts Payables tools/systems beneficial.
• Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Python) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the group's leadership team in financial operations and analysis including financial controlling, invoice management, allocations & recoveries, and reporting on financial information.
• Support Invoice Management Operations including invoice review/validation, accrual management, disputes, and coordination with Finance Accounts Payables and procurement.
• Perform monthly accruals for BAU and CRE Projects, tracking accruals against actual payments.
• Perform CRE Project Accounting including OPEX and CAPEX projections with CRE Project Managers.
• Drive and support cost management initiatives across the group.
• Work on internal allocation and recoveries of group costs to Business Units/Departments within banks.
• Identify and highlight major monthly invoice variances and trends with actionable insights.
• Ensure timely delivery of group financial reports covering BAU and CRE Project financials and invoices.
• Review, develop and enhance MIS reports for fit-for-purpose use.
• Work on ADD initiatives such as PowerBI dashboards and process improvements.
