Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks a highly organised Finance & Operations Manager to oversee financial operations, payroll, compliance, and internal processes across markets. You will work with leadership to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance while driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and some experience related to Human Resources
• 5-8+ years of experience in finance, operations, business administration to manage a multi-functional role
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, payroll, accounts receivable, compliance, and business operations
• Experience managing customer collections and cash flow processes
• Familiarity with HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and workplace operations
• Knowledge of corporate governance, statutory compliance, and contract administration
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) preferred. Candidates must have valid work authorisation in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow monitoring
• Oversee customer invoicing, collections, payment follow‑ups, and outstanding receivables management
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary payments across all markets
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and financial analysis for leadership review
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Monitor company expenses and implement controls to ensure financial discipline and efficiency
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers, and banking partners
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, regulatory, and corporate filing requirements across relevant jurisdictions
• Maintain and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls
