Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences) is seeking a Finance/Accounts Assistant for a 6-month contract in Singapore. The role involves supporting financial accounting, costing and management accounting, AR/GL, and billing and collections, with preparation of schedules and regular internal/external reports.

Hours are Mon-Thu 8:30am-6:30pm and Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, located at Jalan Bukit Merah. Diploma in Accounting/Finance and meticulous data handling are required.

Qualifications

• Min. diploma in Accounting / Finance
• Meticulous and comfortable handling financial data and documentation

Responsibilities

• Support Finance functions including financial accounting, costing and management accounting
• Assist with corporate governance-related matters
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) or General Ledger (GL) functions
• Support billing and collection activities
• Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documentation
• Work closely with other departments on Finance-related matters
• Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Perform other assigned Finance duties
