Job summary

NPB National Parks Board is seeking a meticulous finance professional to support revenue and financial operations on an 11-month contract. You will perform daily bank reconciliations, apply receipts to invoices, and monitor the Workday interface to resolve exceptions.

The role includes month-end closing support, journal entries, and maintaining audit trails. The ideal candidate has accounting-focused study, strong analytical skills, and prior experience in finance operations with ERP/Workday

Qualifications

Finance or accounting operations experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Independent with ownership of issues until resolution.
Experience with ERP/financial systems, especially Workday or Treasury Management Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding items.
Identify and apply customer receipts to open invoices.
Monitor Workday interface and resolve transaction/interface exceptions.
Process course participant refunds accurately and promptly.
Support Workday-related month-end closing and ensure revenue/costs are recorded accurately.
Prepare journal entries for corrections and reclassifications.
Maintain supporting documentation and audit trails.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and system vendors to resolve issues.
Proactively follow up and resolve outstanding items.
