NPB National Parks Board is seeking a Finance professional to join the Accounts Receivable function on an 11-month contract in Singapore. You will handle daily reconciliations, collaborate with IT and vendors, and support system improvement initiatives to ensure smooth Finance operations.

The role emphasizes strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Excel/Office. Attention to detail and effective communication are essential as you engage with cross-functional teams

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily Accounts Receivable activities and bank reconciliations.
• Escalate discrepancies to IT or vendors when needed and track resolutions.
• Attend meetings with IT and external vendors to provide Finance input.
• Troubleshoot system issues affecting Finance operations and workflows.
• Review system workflows and highlight control gaps for follow-up.
• Support cross-functional system/process improvement initiatives.
