National Parks Board (NParks) is seeking a meticulous finance professional for a contracted role in Singapore. The position focuses on revenue operations, reconciliations, and close processes, with emphasis on accuracy and robust financial controls.

The role requires experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred) and the ability to own issues from identification through resolution, in a transaction-intensive environment.

Qualificações

• Areas of study in Accounting or other relevant professional qualifications.

• Experience in transaction-intensive finance environments with strong controls.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems, Workday preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding items.
• Identify and apply customer receipts to open invoices.
• Monitor Workday interface and resolve transaction/interface exceptions.
• Process course participant refunds accurately and promptly.
• Support month-end closing for revenue and costs; ensure complete and accurate recording.
• Prepare journal entries for corrections and reclassifications.
• Maintain supporting documentation and audit trails.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues.
• Proactively follow up to ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.

What the role is:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive finance professional to support our revenue and financial operations.

What you will be working on:

Your key responsibilities include the following:

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding items.
• Identify and accurately apply customer receipts against open invoices.
• Monitor the Training Management System (TMS)–Workday interface and resolve transaction or interface exceptions.
• Process course participant refunds accurately and promptly.
• Support TMS-related month‑end closing and ensure revenue and costs are completely and accurately recorded.
• Prepare journal entries for accounting corrections and reclassifications.
• Maintain appropriate supporting documentation and audit trails.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and system vendors to resolve operational and system issues.
• Proactively follow up and elevate outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.

What we are looking for:

• Areas of study in Accounting or other relevant professional qualifications

• Comfortable working in transaction‑intensive environment, with a strong commitment to financial controls and service excellence
• Relevant experience in finance or accounting operations
• Experience in ERP/financial systems, particularly Workday Financial Management or Treasury Management Systems is preferred

Successful candidate will be employed on an 11‑month contract basis. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
