Zusammenfassung

Land Transport Authority seeks a meticulous finance professional to support revenue and financial operations. You will perform daily bank reconciliations, apply customer receipts to invoices, monitor Workday Finance interfaces, and process refunds for course participants.

You will assist month-end close and prepare journal entries, maintaining auditable documentation. The role requires accounting studies, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership of issues through resolution.

Qualifikationen

• Areas of study in Accounting or other relevant professional qualifications.

• Experience in finance or accounting operations.
• ERP/financial systems experience, especially Workday Financial Management or Treasury Management Systems preferred.

What the role is

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding items.
• Identify and accurately apply customer receipts against open invoices.
• Monitor the Training Management System (TMS)-Workday interface and resolve transaction or interface exceptions.
• Process course participant refunds accurately and promptly.
• Support TMS-related month-end closing and ensure revenue and costs are completely and accurately recorded.
• Prepare journal entries for accounting corrections and reclassifications.
• Maintain appropriate supporting documentation and audit trails.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and system vendors to resolve operational and system issues.
• Proactively follow up and elevate outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
