Job summary

NPB National Parks Board seeks an experienced Finance Operations lead to manage the Accounts Receivable team and oversee daily processes. You will ensure coverage during absences, handle inquiries, and support the fee review process with robust financial analysis.

You will also drive revenue system reconciliation, engage in system enhancements, perform bank reconciliations and coordinate audits, tenancy accounts, and arrears management to maintain accuracy and timeliness across finance

Qualifications

• Accountancy or relevant professional qualification.
• Experience in financial operations, system management, and process reviews.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Receivable team and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Reconcile revenue systems and participate in testing and enhancements.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate audit schedules and respond to auditor queries.
