Job summary

Monee SG Private Limited is seeking a Banking Operations Specialist to support treasury onboarding, SWIFT routing, and reconciliation tasks. You will help maintain static data and collaborate with our risk team on credit monitoring and limit updates.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in banking operations, a Business/Finance degree, and strong attention to detail with good organisational skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience in Treasury/Payment operations or Reconciliation is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Good team player with working knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with treasury counterparty onboarding and static maintenance requests within the Treasury Management System.
• Handle SWIFT message routing and escalations for AML screening.
• Manage the bank’s Relationship Management Application in SWIFT.
• Reconcile the bank’s nostro, suspense, intersystem and internal accounts; raise breaks to stakeholders for resolution.
• Perform loan administration tasks, including gathering and analyzing customer bank statements for loan applications.
• Collaborate with the credit risk team to perform credit maintenance functions such as credit monitoring and limit updates.
• Support and execute account maintenance requests, including updating bank static data and customer information.
• Assist with system testing and other ad hoc tasks when required.
