Job summary

You will support treasury settlements, investigate reconciliation breaks, and participate in system enhancements and testing with stakeholders, drafting and executing test cases in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in payment operations required or preferred.
• Knowledge of SWIFT payment messages and related systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork, dependability and meticulousness.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate transaction processing for all transactional banking products, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Ensure completeness and correctness of customer instructions before processing, with zero tolerance for error.
• Provide support with treasury settlements and other operations-related tasks as needed.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks.
• Participate in payment-related projects, system enhancements, and industry testing; liaise with stakeholders, submit requests, draft, and execute test cases.
