Job summary

Monee SG Private Limited is seeking a Banking Operations Officer to manage loan administration tasks and maintain accurate customer profiles. You will work closely with the credit risk team to monitor and update loan limits and related data.

Qualifications include a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field and a minimum of 2 years in banking operations. Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office is required, with attention to detail and strong teamwork skills an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan administration tasks, including gathering and analyzing customer bank statements for loan applications.
• Collaborate closely with the credit risk team to perform credit maintenance functions such as credit monitoring and limit updates.
• Support and execute account maintenance requests, including updating bank static data and customer information, customer profile creations and account closures.
• Review onboarding applications and customer profile changes to ensure compliance to regulatory guidelines.
• Handle requests from external organisations such as liquidators & IRAS.
• Assist with system testing and other ad hoc tasks when required.
