Qualifications

• Prior experience in payment operations; knowledge of SWIFT messages and relevant systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork, dependable and meticulous.
• Prefer 3 years of experience in banking, preferably in Payment Operations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate transaction processing for all transactional banking products, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Ensure completeness and correctness of customer instructions before processing, with zero tolerance for error.
• Provide support with treasury settlements and other operations-related tasks as needed.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks.
• Participate in payment-related projects, system enhancements, and industry testing. This includes liaising with stakeholders, submitting requests, drafting, and executing test cases.
