Job summary

Monee, a leading digital payments and financial services provider, is seeking a Finance Operations Support Officer - Operations in Singapore. The role supports treasury onboarding, AML screening, SWIFT operations, and reconciliation activities within the Treasury Management System.

The ideal candidate will have at least a diploma/bachelor's in Business or Finance and at least two years in banking operations, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations.
• Experience in Treasury/Payment operations or Reconciliation is a plus.
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Team player and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with treasury counterparty onboarding and static maintenance in the Treasury Management System.
• Handle SWIFT message routing and escalations for AML screening.
• Manage the bank’s Relationship Management Application in SWIFT.
• Reconcile bank nostro, suspense, intersystem and internal accounts; escalate breaks to stakeholders.
• Perform loan administration tasks, including gathering and analysing customer bank statements for loan apps.
• Collaborate with credit risk to perform credit maintenance such as monitoring and limit updates.
• Support account maintenance requests, including updating bank static data and customer information.
• Assist with system testing and other ad hoc tasks as required.
