KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Senior/Associate Executive, Finance. You will support financial accounting, cash management and accounts receivable operations, and assist in month-end and year-end closings.

The role requires a Diploma in Accountancy with 3 years’ experience; strong Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus; you should be resourceful, analytical and a proactive team player with good communication.

Formación

• Diploma in Accountancy with 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
• A resourceful and proactive team player with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support financial accounting, cash management and accounts receivable operations.
• Prepare journal vouchers and involve in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate long outstanding reconciling items.
• Assist in updating daily cash flow statement and support bank administration activities.
• Extract and reconcile credit card and NETS payment records from SAP and merchant portals on a daily basis.
• Investigate and resolve unreconciled transactions promptly, liaising with relevant departments where necessary.
• Monitor and clear outstanding transactions in SAP to ensure timely resolution.
• Verify non-patient billing and receipting transactions, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and posting.
• Prepare monthly schedules and clear open items in the GL accounts timely.
