KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital Pte. Ltd. is seeking an accounting professional to support financial accounting, cash management and AR operations.

The role involves journal vouchers, month- and year-end closings, and daily cash flow updates, with daily SAP/NETS payment reconciliation. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Accountancy with 3 years of relevant experience, are proficient in Excel, and have familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy with 3 years' relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
• Resourceful and proactive team player with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Support financial accounting, cash management and accounts receivable operations.
• Prepare journal vouchers and involve in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate long outstanding reconciling items.
• Assist in updating daily cash flow statement and support bank administration activities.
• Extract and reconcile credit card and NETS payment records from SAP and merchant portals on a daily basis.
• Investigate and resolve unreconciled transactions promptly, liaising with relevant departments where necessary.
• Monitor and clear outstanding transactions in SAP to ensure timely resolution.
• Verify non-patient billing and receipting transactions, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and posting.
• Prepare monthly schedules and clear open items in the GL accounts timely.
