Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Accounting/Finance assistant in Singapore for a minimum 6-month term. You will handle AP/AR issues and assist in monthly closings in line with HQ guidelines. You will prepare monthly reports for heads of department and provide ad-hoc analyses as required, including audit & tax schedules.

Immediate start is preferred, with a longer-term commitment desirable. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance and can contribute to other

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
• Commitment of 6 months or longer.

Responsibilities

• Handle AP/AR issues.
• Assist in the closing of monthly accounts, timely and in accordance to HQ guidelines.
• Produce and maintain monthly reports for various heads of department.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses/reports and respond to queries as required.
• Assist in preparation of audit & tax schedules.
• Other work as required by management from time to time.
