Job summary

Charterhouse Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Operations Associate to join the Financial Accounting team on a 12-month contract. The role covers Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and corporate card administration, with opportunities to contribute to automation and system improvements.

The candidate should have 3–6 years of AP experience, SAP/VIM expertise, and familiarity with Concur and T&E processes. A degree in Accounting/Finance is required, with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 3-6 years of accounting experience with strong AP expertise.
• SAP experience with SAP VIM is strongly preferred.
• Experience with T&E, corporate cards and Concur is valued.
• Familiarity with UAT, system implementations and process automation is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage high transaction volumes.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately within agreed timelines using SAP VIM.
• Create and maintain vendor records, verify bank details.
• Support day-to-day T&E processes and expense claim reviews.
• Manage corporate card administration end-to-end, monthly reconciliations.
• Collaborate with employees, vendors and banks to resolve queries.
• Assist with UAT, new systems, and automation initiatives.
