Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd is recruiting a Finance Associate to join the Financial Accounting team on a 1-year contract in Singapore. You will manage Accounts Payable and Travel & Expenses processes, process vendor invoices in the Vendor Invoice Management system, and support audits and onward billings.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of accounting experience and SAP experience is highly advantageous. You will work with a strong management team and have opportunities to contribute to transformation

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in SAP is highly advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, organised and highly independent.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in Vendor Invoice Management system.
• Handle vendor creation and callbacks.
• Run corporate card administration end-to-end.
• Support expense audits and onward billings.
• Contribute to transformation/process improvement initiatives.
