Job summary

KS Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore partners with a leading asset management firm to hire an Accounting Associate on a 1-year contract within the Finance team. The role focuses on accounts payable, travel and expense processes, and corporate card administration.

You will process vendor invoices, support audits, and resolve queries while driving automation initiatives. Hands-on SAP VIM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience in accounting and accounts payable environment.
• Comfort with digital tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices via SAP VIM, vendor creation and maintenance.
• Support Travel & Expense processes, including audits and reporting.
• Manage corporate card administration end-to-end, including applications and bank liaison.
• Resolve queries from staff, vendors and banks, and support process improvements.
