Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Operations professional to support equity and FX underlyings, asset setup, and client confirmations. You will manage daily OTC FX options and DCI fixings while ensuring timely front-office communications and accurate payments processing.

The role requires a degree in Business or Finance, 3–5 years of financial experience, strong data management skills, and familiarity with Avaloq. Attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial sector is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Avaloq application is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial products.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage product lifecycle processes for equity and FX underlyings, including asset setup and client confirmations.
• Handle daily OTC FX options and DCI fixings efficiently.
• Ensure timely notification of any early redemptions for structured notes to the front office.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for front office and head office operations.
• Process incoming and outgoing payments while troubleshooting issues.
• Coordinate the delivery of securities and manage cheque and cash-related transactions.
• Liaise with head office for reconciling breaks and handling special conditions.
• Conduct client offboarding tasks and manage LEI applications and renewals.
• Oversee mail management and maintain physical archives.
• Support various teams with ad hoc operations activities and projects as required.
