Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Structured Products and Settlements Officer on a 3–6 month contract to manage lifecycle processes for equity and FX structured products, including system setup, confirmations, fixings, and valuations.

You will handle daily OTC option and DCI fixings, process payments and settlements, support front office and head office, and assist with LEI, offboarding, and documentation. Singapore-based, open to Singaporeans only.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial products.
• Exposure to derivatives or structured products is an advantage.
• Strong data management skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle processes for equity and FX structured products, including system setup, confirmations, fixings, and valuations.
• Handle daily OTC option and DCI fixings.
• Act as a key operational support and contact for Front Office and Head Office.
• Process incoming and outgoing payments and manage securities settlements (FOP and DVP).
• Handle cheque, cash transactions, and resolve reconciliation breaks with Head Office.
• Support special condition setups, order amendments, retrocession and trailer fee processing.
• Perform operational tasks including client offboarding, securities write-offs, LEI management, and physical documentation handling.
