PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations professional to manage product lifecycles for equity and FX underlyings, handle daily OTC FX options, and ensure timely client confirmations.

You will coordinate payments, securities deliveries, LEI applications, and archiving, while assisting front and head office teams on ad hoc projects. A degree in Business or Finance with 3–5 years in finance and familiarity with Avaloq is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial sector is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Avaloq application is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial products.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in data management.

Responsabilités

• Manage product lifecycle processes for equity and FX underlyings, including asset setup and client confirmations.
• Handle daily OTC FX options and DCI fixings efficiently.
• Ensure timely notification of any early redemptions for structured notes to the front office.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for front office and head office operations.
• Process incoming and outgoing payments while troubleshooting issues.
• Coordinate the delivery of securities and manage cheque and cash-related transactions.
• Liaise with head office for reconciling breaks and handling special conditions.
• Conduct client offboarding tasks and manage Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) applications and renewals.
• Oversee mail management and maintain physical archives.
• Support various teams with ad hoc operations activities and projects as required.
