Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail‑oriented operations professional to manage product lifecycle processes for equity and FX underlyings, including asset setup and client confirmations.

You will handle daily OTC FX options and ensure timely notices for early redemptions. As a subject matter expert, you will support front office and head office operations, process payments and settlements, coordinate securities delivery, LEI applications, and assist with ad hoc projects and archive

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial sector is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Avaloq application is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial products.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in data management.

• Handle daily OTC FX options and DCI fixings efficiently.
• Ensure timely notification of any early redemptions for structured notes to the front office.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for front office and head office operations.
• Process incoming and outgoing payments while troubleshooting issues.
• Coordinate the delivery of securities and manage cheque and cash-related transactions.
• Liaise with head office for reconciling breaks and handling special conditions.
• Conduct client offboarding tasks and manage LEI applications and renewals.
• Oversee mail management and maintain physical archives.
• Support various teams with ad hoc operations activities and projects as required.
