Job summary

ITP Media Group in Singapore seeks a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate records, and support reporting. You will work with the CFO and internal stakeholders to maintain controls and drive financial processes.

The role involves accounts payable/receivable, month-end closes, financial reporting and compliance, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in finance or accounting roles and solid financial knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support CFO with day-to-day finance and accounting needs.
• Maintain accurate financial records and timely transaction postings.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and follow up on invoices.
• Process supplier payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Assist with bank, ledger reconciliations and monthly closes.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Monitor receivables and follow up on collections.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow monitoring.
• Ensure appropriate approvals and documentation for invoices.
• Maintain organised records for audits and compliance.
