Job summary

You will liaise with clients and vendors, handle invoicing, and support cross-border financial activities for our performance-driven marketing agency. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience; media/agency experience a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Singapore accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, cashflow, bank recon).
• Prepare financial reports and cashflow projections.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government grant bodies (e.g., ESG, WSG/SSG, IRAS).
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Maintain accounting software and documentation (Xero/QuickBooks).
